What should the customer know about your pricing?

Our prices range as much as the projects we take on. We follow basic guidelines for our quotes and estimates. Although, its very common for us to try and want to help our clients by giving huge discounts, taking charges off the quotes for no apparent reason and performing free labor related moves just to not have to re-quote. We got you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with us is as simple as grabbing your phone and telling us what you want. We talk, text, send and receive photos, recommend, agree on, send you links and basically hold your hand until your project is finalized. And yes, all that special treatment is absolutely and 100% free.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We ve worked with all sorts of clients. From the ones who just bought a place and are looking forward to put thousands into a remodel to the ones who ve owned their house for 100 years and want their 22 year old light bulbs replaced. Landlords and tenants are welcomed alike!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our dad has 25+ years experience in property maintenance, our brother 15+ years in the construction industry, our nephews and cousins have a total 20 years as handyman and I have 10+ years in property maintenance and appliance technical work. Yes, thats over 70 years of experience at the tip of your fingers...

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has been doing property maintenance for as long as we can remember, starting from my father who was a Civil Engineer in his country of origin and has collected 25+ years of experience in the US as a property manager. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask as many questions as you want. In fact, we encourage you to come up with the questions so we dont have to. Its a win - win situation. No, we dont accept weekly food deliveries as a form of payment...
