We'll always have someone to take care of your maintenance needs. Regardless of the amount of units you manage, we are on call for you and your tenants 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. With an average service call response time of 2 hours, you can rest assured your tenants maintenance needs and emergencies will be taken care of when needed.

What We Don't Do
As an on-call property maintenance specialist company, there are only a handful of issues we don't tackle. We do not get involved with underground plumbing or underground electrical work, roofing related installations, mold or water damage repairs or any sort of work that requires a specific license in the state of Florida to cover specialty and liability reasons. Also, keep in mind if something does not look safe, it probably isn't and in such cases we will reach out to you first. Our main concern is keeping the tenants safe while providing the highest level of professionalism and care for our clients.
